02 · Plan v0: justinday.ai
Justin Day Website Plan
Prepared by SwarmSystem. This plan page is noindex.
What you get
- Your name owned in search, not split across two pages.
- One home for everything you've built: the books, the TEDx talk, Legacy Makers, SwarmSystem.
- Every claim checkable in one click, so a reporter, a podcast host or an AI tool trusts what it finds.
- Nothing on the site you haven't vouched for.
At a glance
- Pages: 17 total (15 content pages, plus privacy and terms). Fixed in round 5 (R26): added the press kit page.
- Launch: justinday.ai goes live about November 10, 2026.
- How it launches: the whole site goes up first, checked, then the domain cutover happens the same day. Fixed in round 4 (R20).
- What waits on you: your go on this plan, any send, any price, any spend.
GOAL: Own the "Justin Day" name search across Google, the knowledge panel, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Siri as author, TEDx speaker and SwarmSystem founder, measured by consistent, fact-checked answers to named queries ("Justin Day," "Justin Day TEDx," "Justin Day book," "Justin Day SwarmSystem") at a 90-day re-check against the launch-day baseline, within one canonical Person entity, launch about 2026-11-10 after the whole site is built and checked, and no number, rank or claim Justin has not vouched for or a source does not hold.
Where each "within" clause is enforced and tested: one canonical Person entity (section 3, enforced by Phase 8's edit to swarmsystem.ai, tested by a live read of both Person nodes). Launch about 2026-11-10 (section 9 timeline, enforced by the Phase 4 Scarlett gate before Phase 5, tested by the Phase 5 nslookup proof). No claim Justin has not vouched for or a source does not hold (section 7 claims ledger, enforced by each page's "Never say" line, tested by the click-through check named in the GOAL itself).
1. The one-liner
This is the one line that answers who you are, everywhere.
Justin Day is an author, a TEDx speaker, a Legacy Makers cast member and SwarmSystem's founder. Fixed in round 4 (R19): justinday.ai is where he proves it, built so a stranger can check every claim in under thirty seconds.
2. Site map
Every page the site will have, in the order you'll read it.
/Home/about/About/books/Books hub/books/in-search-of-tomorrow//books/rise-above//books/many-paths-to-profit//books/marketing-to-millions//tedx/TEDx talk/legacy-makers/Legacy Makers/podcasts-and-talks/Podcasts and talks/media/Media and press/press-kit/Press kit/articles/Articles (Writing)/swarmsystem/SwarmSystem (bridge page)/contact/Contact (form)/privacy/, /terms/Legal

Fixed in round 4 (R21): this line now matches the TEDx page's already-fixed "Never say" rule below it (Fresh Eyes read, stale checkpoint reference caught).
- Evidence: bf 10; sp 3.1 to 3.2.
- Links in: Home, About, Speaking mentions on other pages. Links out: the TEDx YouTube video, SwarmSystem.
- Never say: "TED" (always "TEDx"); "1.2M" or "1.3M" carried over from email. Fixed in round 3 (R15): the view count comes only from a live YouTube read on publish day, rounded down, recorded in the run folder (pg 3.5).

Podcasts and talks (/podcasts-and-talks/)
- Job: list podcast episodes and speaking engagements not covered by the TEDx or Legacy Makers pages.
- First reader: a podcast host considering booking Justin, or press.
- Search target: "Justin Day podcast."
- Sections: Living The Red Life ep 192 (pg 5.1, fix the Turkey-store link to the US store before publishing), Justin's vouched SXSW 2024 Grit Daily House panel (sp 3.10, pg 5.2), IMParty 2026-08-13 talk (sp 3.7, check before using; no record confirms it happened), Austin Netzley Mastermind talk (sp 3.8, check before using; no record confirms it happened), a link to the press kit page for hosts who want the credential sheet in one place.
- Evidence: pg section 5; sp section 3.
- Never say: the Inside Success Spotlight talk of 2026-08-20 as delivered. Justin cancelled it that morning (pg 5.9, Marshall's check 2); it does not appear as an appearance anywhere on the site.
Media and press (/media/)
- Job: index of press coverage, each item labeled honestly.
- First reader: journalist or AI tool checking press credibility.
- Search target: "Justin Day press," "Justin Day Nasdaq."
- Sections: list of items (Nasdaq, USA Today, Dallas Morning News, Grit Daily, Voyage Dallas, the EIN wires for each book and for Legacy Makers), each tagged Editorial, Contributor feature or Paid wire.
- Evidence: sp section 4.
- Links in: Home, About. Links out: each press URL (several are bot-blocked from automated checks and need a browser read before publishing, sp 4.1, 4.3), and the press kit page.
- Never say: a paid item presented as editorial or "as seen on" (sp 7.5).
Press kit (/press-kit/)
- Job: one page a podcast host or journalist copies from, so no one re-types the facts by hand. Fixed in round 5 (R26).
- Why it is in scope: Justin asked for "any other assets that I've done that would make sense for the website" and a site that will "grow my brand" (00-idea.md). It serves the GOAL measure directly: hosts and reporters who copy one approved bio keep every outside answer about him consistent. Fixed after goal-lock loop 1 (criterion 2).
- First reader: a podcast host or journalist prepping a booking or a story.
- Search target: "Justin Day press kit," "Justin Day bio."
- Sections: the bio in 50 words and in 150 words, both pulled word for word from the llms.txt facts block so nothing contradicts the rest of the site; a downloadable headshot; the approved claims list straight from section 7's claims ledger (bestselling author on all four books, TEDx speaker, SXSW speaker, SwarmSystem founder); a plain-text copy button for the short bio.
- Evidence: section 3's llms.txt facts block; section 7 claims ledger.
- Links in: Media and press, Podcasts and talks, About. Links out: headshot file, each book's page.
- Never say: anything the claims ledger marks "Not vouched, off the site."

- First reader: a reader following his thinking, or an AI tool citing his writing.
- Search target: "Justin Day articles," "Justin Day writing."
- Sections: list of his authored pieces, cross-linked from the nine existing swarmsystem.ai blog posts (bf 5), tagged by topic.
- Evidence: bf 5.
- Links in: Home, About. Links out: full posts (on swarmsystem.ai where they already live, or a justinday.ai original once the growth phase starts).
- Never say: a team-authored SwarmSystem post presented as solely his.
SwarmSystem (/swarmsystem/)
- Job: the bridge page, crediting Justin as founder and routing to the company.
- First reader: an owner curious about the company behind the person.
- Search target: "Justin Day SwarmSystem."
- Sections: company one-liner (mission and vision, sp 1.15 to 1.16), link to swarmsystem.ai, link to his nine blog posts, "Powered by SwarmSystem" styling.
- Evidence: sp 1.15 to 1.16; sp 5.6.
- Links in: every page's footer. Links out: swarmsystem.ai home.
- Never say: a price; insider pitch words such as "AI visibility optimization," "funnel," "omnichannel" or "conversions" as a pitch to an owner (sp 7.13). These may appear only as topic labels.
Contact (/contact/)
- Job: a working contact form.
- First reader: a journalist, podcast host or owner wanting to reach Justin.
- Search target: "Justin Day contact."
- Sections: form posting to a Cloudflare Worker that sends through Postmark, test address justin@daybydayproductions.com.
- Evidence: bf 14.
- Never say: a price.
Legal (/privacy/, /terms/)
- Job: standard legal pages. The only place "Day by Day Digital" appears on the site.
- Evidence: HERMES.md legal-line rule.
Footer, every page: "Powered by SwarmSystem," linked to swarmsystem.ai (sp 7.18).
3. Entity plan (SEO, GEO, AEO)
How the site tells Google and AI tools who you are, in one language.
Fixed in round 4 (R21), your own words, one line each:
- SEO (Google search): the Person and Organization schema plus the Search Console setup (Phase 6) get you found there.
- GEO (AI tools like ChatGPT quoting you): the llms.txt facts block and the matching About page facts block give AI tools one source to quote.
- AEO (voice and answer boxes like Siri): the sameAs list and the Book, Event and VideoObject schema give voice assistants a clean answer to read.
- Person
@id:https://justinday.ai/#personbecomes canonical.https://swarmsystem.ai/authors/justin-day/#personstops competing for the identity and instead carries asameAs/urlpointer to the justinday.ai Person. This answers known conflict 1. - Organization
@id:https://swarmsystem.ai/#organizationstays canonical for the company. The Person'sworksFor/founderpoints to it; the Organization'sfounderpoints back to the Person. justinday.ai and swarmsystem.ai point at each other both ways. - sameAs list (sp section 5): Instagram @justinday.ai, LinkedIn /in/justindaydigital, Amazon author page, Legacy Makers cast profile, the TEDx YouTube link, plus the SwarmSystem Organization URL.
- Book schema: each book page carries
Booktype, name, authorpointing to the Person@id, and ASIN, reading the live Amazon page to confirm which ASIN resolves (porter's ASIN conflicts, Marshall's check 1; the build links only the ASIN that resolves to Justin's own listing). Each book'sauthornode also carries asameAsto the Amazon author page, so the same four books tie back to one author identity on Amazon too. Fixed in round 5 (R26). - Event / VideoObject: the TEDx page carries a
VideoObject(the YouTube URL, bf 10) and anEvent(TEDxSouthlake, 2025-11-09, Frontiers of Flight Museum, Dallas, sp 3.1). - PodcastEpisode: Living The Red Life ep 192 (pg 5.1) on the Podcasts and talks page.
- Article schema: Media and press items carry
CreativeWorkorArticlewith an honest label (editorial, contributor or paid wire) matching the do-not-say table (sp 7.5); nothing is marked as independent editorial unless it is. - llms.txt: a plain-text facts block at the justinday.ai root, holding name, role, the four books, TEDx, Legacy Makers and the SwarmSystem link. Sourced claims only, no number that isn't cited here.
- "About Justin Day" facts block: a short, declarative-sentence block near the top of the About page, written for AI extraction, matching llms.txt exactly so nothing contradicts itself across the two.
- Knowledge panel path: Google panel, worked toward through consistent name, role and links across every profile and sameAs signals over time, no date promised (answers known conflict 10). Wikidata: not pursued in this plan. Most of the current press (USA Today, the EIN wires, ACCESSWIRE) is paid or contributor content, which likely falls short of Wikidata's independent-sourcing bar; this is stated plainly rather than attempted and failed.
- Answers to known conflicts 1 and 2 are both covered above and repeated in the verdict.
4. Transfer plan
Where your old pages' content moves, and what proves it moved.
| Source | What moves | How | Who | Proof it moved |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Three GHL book funnels (bf 7) | Copy and images | Rebuilt as static pages in the same layout on justinday.ai; if a server 301 from the old funnel URL exists in GHL's URL Redirects panel (bf 8), use it; if not, the old GHL page stays live untouched and every new link (site, profiles, bios) points at the new justinday.ai page | Mason pulls and rebuilds; Mason reads the GHL panel, or Marshall reads it if Mason cannot log in | curl of each old URL shows the redirect where one exists; the GHL-panel read is logged either way |
| Amazon (four ASINs, bf 9) | Nothing moves; linked only | Each book page links the live, resolving ASIN | Mason | Live link check returns 200 and the correct listing |
| YouTube (TEDx talk) | Nothing moves; embedded/linked | The TEDx page embeds or links the existing video; it is not re-hosted (Justin doesn't own the TEDx channel, sp 5.3) | Mason | Embed renders; link resolves 200 |
| insidesuccess.tv (Legacy Makers) | Nothing moves; linked only | The Legacy Makers page links the live episode | Mason | Outbound link resolves 200 |
| Press URLs (sp section 4) | Nothing moves; linked and labeled | Media page links each item with its honest label | Mason | Link check script; bot-walled URLs (Nasdaq, Dallas Morning News) flagged "check before publishing" and read in a browser first |
| Gmail assets (bios, poster, bio PDF, cover files, pg section 6) | Copy and image files | Porter pulls the named attachments into a scratch asset folder for Mason; no mail is sent or drafted | Porter pulls; Mason builds from Porter's folder | Each asset manifest entry cites its source message and date |
| Drive photo folders (co-author shoots) | Public-safe images only | Porter shares the folder links; Mason pulls only the public-safe images; the Kevin Harrington shoot folder marked "please keep private" (pg 2c.8) is excluded entirely | Porter shares links; Mason pulls images | Asset manifest marks each image's permission status; the private folder does not appear in the manifest |
| swarmsystem.ai author page | Its own content, edited in place | Shortened to a brief bio plus a link and sameAs pointer to justinday.ai; the hardcoded view count and the mother's-agency line are removed | Mason, logged as a live-site change | Before/after text diff; the live page read confirms both fixes and the new link |
5. Optimization for the name search
The technical steps that help your name win the search.
- Titles and meta: Home: "Justin Day | Founder of SwarmSystem, TEDx Speaker, Author." Book pages: "<Book Title> | Justin Day." Talk and show pages: "<Talk or Show> | Justin Day." Plain descriptions, no keyword stuffing, no insider words on owner-facing copy (sp 7.13).
- Internal links: every page links back to Home, About and the SwarmSystem bridge page; the four book pages cross-link each other through the Books hub.
- The swarmsystem.ai author page change: itself an optimization step. It stops splitting authority between two pages and routes it to justinday.ai (Build Phase 8).
- Search Console and Bing: verify justinday.ai in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools once the domain cutover is live; submit a sitemap for all pages in section 2.
- Image alt text: descriptive and specific ("Justin Day speaking at TEDxSouthlake"), never generic stock-style text.
- Page speed: static build on Vercel, compressed images, the TEDx video lazy-loaded rather than auto-playing.
- Measuring "comes up first": named queries: "Justin Day," "Justin Day SwarmSystem," "Justin Day TEDx," "Justin Day book," "Justin Day In Search of Tomorrow." Checked across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Siri where testable. A baseline reading is taken the day justinday.ai replaces the parking page, with re-checks at 30, 60 and 90 days. No ranking or AI-answer date is promised; 90 days is the horizon for the search to settle.
6. Growth plan (first 90 days)
What keeps building after launch, for the next 90 days.
- Writing cadence: /articles/ on justinday.ai carries Justin's own essays and opinion pieces; the SwarmSystem blog keeps company and product posts. The two cross-link; neither duplicates the other verbatim.
- Cross-posting: new justinday.ai articles get a short teaser and link from the SwarmSystem blog, and the reverse for any guest-style posts he writes for the company blog.
- @justinday.ai Instagram (10k follower goal, sp 5.1): owned by Vega. Linked from every page's header or footer; new pages (book launches, talk recaps, article drops) become quote-card material for the account. Each post is a public send and waits on Justin's go. Fixed in round 4 (R21): named the source so the goal reads as real, not invented (Fresh Eyes read). Why it is in scope: Justin asked the plan to "grow my brand" (00-idea.md), and his own ruling of 2026-09-16 makes @justinday.ai the brand's growth account (memory/project_justinday_ai_carries_the_10k_goal.md). This plan only links the site and the account both ways; it sets no new follower target. Fixed after goal-lock loop 1 (criterion 2).
- Podcast pitching: Porter drafts pitch emails as Gmail drafts, using the Media, Podcasts and press kit pages as the credential sheet. Every actual send waits on Justin's go, per the three-stops rule.
- Profiles to claim or update (Mason): LinkedIn (sp 5.2, update headline and link to justinday.ai); Amazon Author Central (sp 5.4, confirm it lists the right resolving ASINs for all four books); YouTube, Crunchbase and Muck Rack. No existing assets found for any of these (sp 5.9, source-pack gaps), so they are not built in this 90-day window, only revisited if a future asset justifies one.
- No paid PR, no backlink buying, no Cloud Stack or press-release purchases, per the standing ruling.
7. Claims ledger
Every claim on the site, its source, and whether you vouched for it.
| Claim | Exact wording used | Source | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| In Search of Tomorrow | "Bestselling author" | Justin's word (00-idea.md); no rank proof (pg 1.6) | Vouched, held on "#1" |
| Rise Above (Les Brown) | "Bestselling author" | Justin's word; no confirmation found in mail (pg 2a.8) | Vouched, held on "#1" |
| Many Paths to Profit (Kevin Harrington) | "Bestselling author" | pg 2c.4 (screenshot exists) | Vouched (intake words); #1 not vouched (checkpoint 3) |
| Marketing to Millions (Rudy Mawer) | "Bestselling author" | pg 2b.3 (announcement exists) | Vouched (intake words); #1 not vouched (checkpoint 3) |
| TEDx views | Live YouTube count read on publish day, rounded down (for example "1M+ views") | pg 3.5; checkpoint 2 (R3) | Vouched (checkpoint 2). Fixed in round 5 (R23). |
| SXSW speaker | "SXSW speaker," worded as the 2024 Grit Daily House panel | sp 3.10, pg 5.2; checkpoint 3 (R4) | Vouched |
| Legacy Maker Of The Year | "2026 finalist, Legacy Maker Of The Year, InsideSuccess Red Carpet Awards" | pg 5.7 | Sourced |
| Client results figure | Held off justinday.ai; no number appears | checkpoint 3 (R4), not ticked by Justin | Not vouched, off the site |
| Legacy Makers streaming | "Streaming on Amazon Prime Video" | bf 11 | Sourced; Apple TV held |
| Press items (USA Today, EIN wires, ACCESSWIRE) | "Contributor feature" or "Paid wire" | sp 7.5 | Sourced |
| Press items (Grit Daily write-up, Voyage Dallas) | "Featured in" | sp 4.4 to 4.5 | Sourced, genuinely editorial where confirmed |
8. Build phases
Nine phases, in order, from today's review to day 90.
Phase 1: Review page deploy
- What it changes: Mason renders this plan into one static HTML page in SwarmSystem brand (fonts, the :root token block and components from identity/swarmsystem-brand.html, rules in docs/reference/visual-design.md), footer "Prepared by SwarmSystem."
- Files: this run folder's 01-council-verdict.md and 02-plan-v0.md, rendered to a static page; a vercel.json header rule.
- How we prove it: a separate
--draftcheck first. - Then Marshall deploys with
node C:/Users/Vyral/Desktop/swarm-agents/scripts/vercel-deploy-static.cjs <dir> justin-website-plan --domain=justin.swarmsystem.ai. - noindex runs twice: a robots meta tag and a vercel.json
X-Robots-Tag: noindexheader, both read back live with curl. - The page passes
node scripts/check-page-type.cjs <page> --width 390,--width 820and--width 1440. - Owner: Mason builds and renders the page; Marshall runs the draft check and the deploy.
- Gate: none; deploys run without asking and are logged.
- Unattended: yes.
- Size: XS. Fixed in round 5 (R24).
Phase 2: Content pulls
- What it changes: Pulls copy and images from the three GHL funnels, confirms the live, resolving ASIN for each book, gathers Porter's Gmail hand-off assets, and reads GHL's URL Redirects panel.
- Files: a new asset folder under the justinday.ai build project; a short redirect-read log.
- How we prove it: the asset manifest lists each file with its source and permission status; the GHL-panel read result is recorded.
- Owner: Mason (pulls content and reads the GHL panel); Marshall (reads the GHL panel instead, if Mason cannot log in); Porter (assets already handed off).
- Gate: none, read-only work.
- Unattended: yes.
- Size: S.
Phase 3: Build on Vercel draft
- What it changes: Builds the full site map in section 2 as a static site and deploys a draft, not yet on the justinday.ai domain.
- Files: the justinday.ai static site project.
- Environment preflight, run before any build step, one check per line. Fixed in round 6 (R30):
- The run folder and its inputs/ folder exist.
scripts/check-page-type.cjsandscripts/vercel-deploy-static.cjsexist.- The Vercel and Cloudflare key names are present, checked by name only through a loadEnv probe file.
- justinday.ai still serves the GoDaddy lander (curl, so the cutover state is known before the build starts).
- justin.swarmsystem.ai resolves, after Phase 1.
- The three GHL funnel pages read clean (copy and image list saved).
- How we prove it:
node scripts/vercel-deploy-static.cjs <dir> justinday-ai --draftreturns a working preview URL; pages passnode scripts/check-page-type.cjs <page> --width 390,--width 820and--width 1440. - A link check confirms every outbound link (Amazon, YouTube, insidesuccess.tv, press) returns 200, or is listed "check before publishing." Fixed in round 5 (R25).
- Owner: Mason.
- Gate: none; the five checkpoint questions are already answered (00-idea.md, checkpoint answers, 2026-10-24, 11:45 AM), so section 7's rows carry final wording, not placeholders. Fixed in round 6 (R32).
- Unattended: yes.
- Size: L.
Phase 4: Scarlett gate
- What it changes: Nothing in the build; a design and copy review against the brand and the claims ledger.
- Files: none.
- How we prove it: Scarlett's written sign-off, saved in this run folder.
- Owner: Scarlett.
- Gate: yes, required before the domain step.
- Unattended: no.
- Size: S.
Phase 5: justinday.ai domain step
- What it changes: Points justinday.ai at the Vercel build with a GoDaddy A-record edit, replacing the parking page.
- Files: a DNS record only.
- How we prove it: nslookup shows the new A record; justinday.ai loads the real site instead of /lander.
- Owner: Marshall, in GoDaddy through the desktop browser with Justin's saved login from the vault (no GoDaddy API key exists in the key file, checked by name 2026-10-24). If no saved login exists, Justin makes the one record change from the written steps below.
- Step 1 (Marshall): attach the domain to the Vercel project with
node C:/Users/Vyral/Desktop/swarm-agents/scripts/vercel-deploy-static.cjs <dir> justinday-ai --domain=justinday.ai(no--drafton this line). For a host outside swarmsystem.ai the script prints the record to add instead of setting it (bf 2): "A 76.76.21.21 for an apex". - Step 2 (GoDaddy, Marshall or Justin): sign in at godaddy.com, open My Products, then justinday.ai, then DNS.
- Step 3: if a Forwarding rule or a parked page setting is on, turn it off (it is what serves /lander today, bf 1).
- Step 4: in DNS Records, edit the A record named "@" so its value is 76.76.21.21, TTL 1 hour. Delete any other "@" A record (today there are two, 3.33.130.190 and 15.197.148.33, bf 1).
- Step 5: add or edit a CNAME named "www" pointing to cname.vercel-dns.com.
- Step 6: Save. No MX or TXT record exists, so nothing else changes (bf 17).
- Rollback: put the two old A records back (3.33.130.190 and 15.197.148.33) and remove the www CNAME.
- Fixed after goal-lock loop 1 (criterion 3): the fallback steps are now written out here.
- Gate: Justin's go on the reviewed plan. After that go, the cutover on his own domain runs without asking and is logged.
- Unattended: yes.
- Size: XS.
Phase 6: Search Console and Bing setup
- What it changes: Verifies justinday.ai in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools and submits a sitemap.
- Files: sitemap.xml and a verification record.
- How we prove it: both tools show "verified"; the sitemap submits with no errors.
- Owner: Mason.
- Gate: none.
- Unattended: yes.
- Size: XS.
Phase 7: Redirects
- What it changes: Applies the real redirect found in Phase 2, if one exists, from an old GHL funnel URL to its new book page. Where no server 301 exists, the old GHL page stays live untouched and only new links point at justinday.ai.
- Files: a GHL redirect config where one is created.
- How we prove it: curl of each old URL shows the redirect where one exists, or shows the untouched GHL page where none exists.
- Owner: Mason.
- Gate: none, an internal site change.
- Unattended: yes.
- Size: S.
Phase 8: swarmsystem.ai author page update
- What it changes: Removes the hardcoded view count, the mother's-agency line and the "$100M+" line, shortens the bio, and adds the sameAs pointer to justinday.ai as the canonical Person page.
- Files: the swarmsystem.ai authors/justin-day page.
- How we prove it: a before/after text diff; a live read confirms both fixes and the new link.
- Owner: Mason.
- Gate: none; a live-site change, logged per HERMES.md.
- Unattended: yes.
- Size: XS.
Phase 9: Growth
- What it changes: Starts the 90-day cadence: the first justinday.ai article, the Instagram link live site-wide, LinkedIn and Amazon Author Central profile updates, a first podcast pitch draft ready for Justin's go, and a memory note per book and per show once each goes live.
- Files: the first /articles/ post; profile edits; Quill's memory notes in the brain.
- How we prove it: the article is live and linked from Home; before/after screenshots of the LinkedIn and Amazon profile edits; the pitch draft sits in this run folder awaiting a send decision; one saved memory note exists per book and per show.
- Owner: Mason builds the article and edits the LinkedIn and Amazon Author Central profiles; Vega runs the Instagram tie-in; Porter drafts the podcast pitch; Quill writes one memory note per book and per show after launch; Justin approves any send.
- Gate: any pitch send is Justin's go, per the three-stops rule.
- Unattended: partial. Building runs unattended, sending does not.
- Size: M, ongoing through day 90.
9. Timeline (dates from 2026-10-24)
Every date, from today's review to the 90 day recheck.
- 2026-10-24: Review page live at justin.swarmsystem.ai/website-plan/ (today).
- 2026-10-24, 11:45 AM: Checkpoint questions already answered (before this build; section 10 lists the five answers). Fixed in round 6 (R32): this step read as a future task after the checkpoint had already closed.
- 2026-10-27 to 2026-10-31: Content pulls and the GHL redirect-panel read (Phase 2).
- 2026-10-31 to 2026-11-07: Vercel draft build (Phase 3), 17 pages total, including the press kit page added in round 5 (R26).
- 2026-11-07 to 2026-11-10: Scarlett gate (Phase 4).
- By 2026-11-10: Justin's go on the reviewed plan, the gate for the justinday.ai domain cutover (R7).
- 2026-11-10: justinday.ai domain cutover (Phase 5); this is also the baseline reading date for the name-search queries in section 5.
- 2026-11-10 to 2026-11-12: Search Console and Bing setup (Phase 6), redirects go live (Phase 7), swarmsystem.ai author page update (Phase 8).
- 2026-11-12 through 2027-02-10: Growth phase (Phase 9), with name-search re-checks at 2026-12-10 (30 days) and 2027-02-10 (90 days).
10. Decisions only you make, and out of scope
The calls only you can make, and what this plan leaves out.
Decisions only you make:
- Already decided, at checkpoint (2026-10-24, 11:45 AM): the client-results figure (held off), the TEDx view-count vouch (live read), the agency timeline order, the per-credential wording, and the GHL redirect fallback. These five answers are built into sections 2, 3, 4 and 7 above, not open questions. Fixed in round 6 (R32).
- Any send (a podcast pitch), any price, any spend.
- The go for the justinday.ai domain cutover. Intake answer 5 covered only the review page; Justin's go on the reviewed plan is the go for justinday.ai (00-idea.md, answer 5 choice text: "Nothing goes on justinday.ai until Justin approves the plan").
Out of scope and assumptions:
- Pursuing a Wikidata panel now; most current press is paid or contributor content and likely falls short of Wikidata's notability bar. This is stated plainly, not attempted and quietly dropped.
- No client names or client results appear on the site without their own separate source and permission.
- The Legacy Makers Apple TV claim stays off the site until a real link is found.
- No new YouTube channel, X or TikTok account is built for Justin personally in this plan; none exist today and none are assumed.
- Fixed in round 6 (R32): the checkpoint questions were answered before this plan reached round 6; every page above already carries that final wording, so Phase 4's gate reviews finished copy, not open questions.
